About Us

What is CAB?

Campus Activities Board (CAB) is a student organization responsible for providing a variety of cultural, social, recreational, and educational programs for the Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi community.

 

Who can join CAB?

ANY student who is registered for at least 3 semester hours.  NO student will be denied membership because of race, sex, creed, national origin, or religious preferences.

 

What does CAB do?

The primary goal of CAB is to enhance the University by providing programs that:

  • Complement the academic programs of the university

  • Unify the campus community
  • Promote individual as well as group worth and dignity
  • Cultivate student leadership
  • Teach citizenship and responsibility
  • Contribute to the retention efforts of the University

     

    What do CAB members do?

    CAB members have the opportunity to plan, promote, and organize events for the University.  From selecting and assisting performers, to making facility and food arrangements, to designing event promotional materials, CAB members are the "insiders" of University programming.
